Paul Simonon from The Clash is 68. That’s him smashing his bass on the cover of their third album, 1979’s “London Calling“, which included the title track and “The Guns of Brixton“, an amazing jam that HE wrote.
Don Johnson is 74. Sonny Crockett on “Miami Vice”. Your parents also knew him as “Nash Bridges”. More recently he starred on HBO’s “Watchmen”. His daughter Dakota Johnson stars in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movies.
Dave Clark is 84. Drummer and leader of the Dave Clark Five. Their hits included “Glad All Over“, “Because“, “Over and Over“, and “I Like It Like That“.
