The owner of two dogs that were impounded after attacking a four year old child on February 24, 2023, was in Union Township Justice Court on May 2, 2023 for a bench trial. Jennifer Tipton, was found guilty of keeping a vicious/dangerous/aggressive animal. The judge will decide her sentence and deliver that next month. The court ordered her dogs be returned to her. They were returned in accordance with this court order.
