There’s a trick called the 5-to-1 Ratio that’s the key to keeping everyone happy and satisfied in personal AND professional relationships.  Basically, for every one negative interaction, you need five positive ones.  And the positive ones don’t have to be big things . . . even a smile or a joke is enough.

You can improve your personal AND professional relationships really easily . . . IF you’re willing to force a few smiles when you’re mad.  And do some math.  I’m not sure which of those sounds harder.

According to relationship experts, there’s a trick called the 5-to-1 Ratio that’s the key to keeping everyone happy and satisfied.

Basically, for every one negative interaction, you need five positive ones.

They don’t have to be big interactions or gestures . . . even something like a smile or a joke is enough.  You just need to make sure you have five good things happen for every one bad thing.

And this works for marriages . . . friendship . . . and professional situations.  As long as the positive-to-negative ratio is 5-to-1, you’ll be all good.
